是咖啡？價格？還是餐點？都錯，是『爽』度。
最近剛好有機會在外面一邊喝咖啡一邊上網，筆記型電腦的電力真的是有限，兩個小時就得充電一次。所以每次都要問店員，請問有插頭嗎？
這幾次的試驗下來，Starbucks 的店員會好心的告訴你，插頭在哪裡，如果沒有插頭，甚至還會牽一條延長線，讓我可以暫時充電，把未完成的事結束。大概是神秘客人的評分方式奏效，他們對客戶的要求都還挺尊重的。
而 Dante 的店員則會告訴你不行。即使你看到插頭，他還是告訴你不能用，管你電腦在嗶嗶叫。只好把發到一半的 Mail 先關了，再找地方充電後再發一次。
怎麼會差那麼多呢？
所以在 Dante（丹提）上網很不爽，以後不去了。

呵呵！有沒有這當然看店家的規定，可是這份幫客人解決問題的心思 ... 丹堤輸了一大截，輸了很大一截

哈瓦那咖啡館 的感覺比丹堤怡客甚至西雅圖要好太多了.
我說的是整體的考量.價錢很吸引人,咖啡品質比其他家要好得多..
重要的是,哈瓦那咖啡無線上網完全不會跟你收錢,有插頭使用.一樣,沒有插頭,店裡服務生會幫你接延長線.
很可惜他們的門市不多.
不然會有更多人跟我有一樣的感覺.
