A fair option for web master

I just saw Wladimir Palant's idea about 'fair ad blocking', it looks nice but not enough.

The easist way is giving another option to web master to allow them block all users who installed adblok plus.

So, the meta tag will look like:

<meta name='adblockplus' content='block' />

And, the message will show:

The site owner doesn't allow adblock plus user to see the web site, unless you add the site to whitelist or unistanll adblock plus. (Add it to white list or leave the site, or maybe uninstall addblock plus?)

It is a more fair option to web master.
