A씨는 사회복지실천 현직에 있을 때 해당 법률을 위반하는 업체들을 단속했으나 아직까지 근절되지 않고 있다며 특히 의사 신분을 활용하는 것은 큰 문제라고 여겨 공익을 위해 영유아보육법 고발했다고 밝혔다. 금융감독원 키소주 전자공시시스템에 따르면 여씨가 대표인 ㈜에스더포뮬러의 지난해 매출은 2016억3961만원으로 2019년(373억4214만원) 대비 439% 증가했다.
